Apartment Review for Bay Club - Coronado, CA

Overall the Bay Club is a nice place to live. One big drawback - all electricity is charged on a pro-rated basis, meaning, every month the entire electricity bill for the entire complex is divided amongst the tenents and you pay your portion depending upon the square footage of your unit. This terrible. It means that whether you are on vacation for the entire month and don't use any electricity or conversely you leave the air conditioning and all lights on 24x7, your electricity bill will be the same. You pay to heat the pool, the jacuzzi, the tennis courts etc. Expect to at least pay $100+ per month for electricity.
