Apartment Review for Coronado Bay Club Resort Apartments - Coronado, CA

I have lived here five years and have watched the cutbacks and the rent increases. They like to rent to military so they can gauge them, and us (taxpayers). The management smiles and tells you there is nothing they can do, and it's true. They can do nothing, and nothing is what you get for your 'luxury' rent moneyl. You have to ask for the hallways to be vacuumed. They may, after you badger them over and over. Standing water is left near the laundry rooms adding to the concern of west nile virus. If your neighbor across the hall gets robbed you will be the last one to know about it. The management does not feel it is responsible to disclose the crimes that are comitted on the property. Don't live here unless you like to get robbed. Cars and motorcycles get stolen here all the time.
